Clicking on the calendar will open the day's schedule; it
will show the planned exercises and their parameters:

Clicking on an exercise starts SmartCoach™ feedback, which will guide the
athlete through the planned sets. A vocal guidance
will help attaining the prescribed power
level.
It is just enough setting the weight machine or barbell to the
prescribed load!
Done! SmartCoach™ will now automatically analyze
the data recorded. Regardless of the type of feedback used for
