TRAINING AND CHECKING PROGRESS

 

 

Once the training schedule has been prepared, the athlete is ready for training!

Clicking on the calendar will open the day's schedule; it will show the planned exercises and their parameters:

 

Clicking on an exercise starts SmartCoach™   feedback, which will guide the athlete through the planned sets. A vocal guidance will help attaining the prescribed power level.

It is just enough setting the weight machine or barbell to the prescribed load!

 

Done! SmartCoach™   will now automatically analyze the data recorded. Regardless of the type of feedback used for training,  the training progress is displayed immediately on easily readable graphs which show the progress of:

  • power developed (lifting=concentric and lowering=eccentric)
  • average and total energy expenditure
  • load weight
  • exercise pace (reps/min) or speed (concentric and eccentric, average and peak) 

In addition, it is possible to examine intuitive bar graphs showing the following values for each rep:

  • concentric and eccentric power (average or peak)
  • concentric and eccentric speed (average or peak)
  • concentric and eccentric force (average or peak)
  • duration of concentric and eccentric phases
  • energy
  • displacement
  • eccentric oveload

 


  
 
If desired, a summary analysis report can be printed; or, the detailed data can be exported to Excel for further analysis.

Thanks to the  Virtual Training™ feature, the trainer can access the trainee's data anytime and anywhere, and provide feedback or adjust the future training sessions accordingly.
